The CFO for Small BusinessWhat happens to a note you send
What the forms collect, why we keep it, and how to have it removed.
Who this note is from
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. This note is dated 24 October 2026. A later change replaces the date here.
What you give us
A form on this site stores what you type into it, which is your name, a phone number, the answer to the page's one question and an email if you add one. The YES box records that you asked for the call. A hidden field catches automated junk and is never used to identify you.
The booking calendar is a Microsoft Bookings page. It loads only after you tap the button that opens it, and a time is booked only when you pick one there.
What is collected on its own
A page view may be stored with two random identifiers kept in your browser, one that lasts and one that ends with the tab, along with the page you came from and any campaign tags on the link. That record stays with us and tells us which pages are useful. If your browser sends Do Not Track, the record is not made.
There is no advertising pixel on these pages and no outside analytics. The service that delivers the pages keeps ordinary request logs for security. A Cloudflare check on the form helps keep automated submissions out.
Why it is kept, and for how long
We keep a note so we can answer it, so the call you asked for has a starting point, and so the work can begin if you engage us. Personal information is not sold and is not shared so that someone else can advertise to you. No automated system makes a decision about you.
A note is kept while we answer it, and longer only when an engagement and its records require it. You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, through any form or the chat.
