Who these terms are with

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Using the site means you accept this page. The disclosures are part of these terms. The date is 24 October 2026.

What the pages are

The pages are general reading for owners of small companies. They are not advice about your own numbers, and reading them does not make you a client. Tax rules change and land differently on different facts, so check anything that would change a return before you rely on it.

The free Second Look call is a conversation. It creates no engagement and no duty on either side. Paid work starts only when both sides sign a letter that names the scope and the fee.

Scope, fees and your records

The letter sets the work before it begins, and the fee matches that work. Anything outside the letter is priced before it is done. Either side may end the engagement in writing. Fees earned to that date remain due, and your records come back to you.

The books and the returns are only as good as the records under them. Your records, your accounts and your decisions stay yours. When something does not match, we say so instead of guessing.

The words, drawings and clips here belong to the practice that publishes them. You may read, print and quote them with credit. You may not republish the site or use it to train a product without written permission. The site is offered as it stands, and nothing here limits a liability the law does not let us limit.

Texas law governs these terms. A dispute belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
